Nicholas Teo Unconfirmed to film Smile Pasta 2

Kuala Lumpur: There has been rumours circulating that SETTV will be gathering the original cast to film Smile Pasta Sequel starting next month. However, according to report, it is still currently being arranged and discussed. The reason is that male lead, Nicholas Teo has not offered free slots in
his schedule.

The reporter seeks confirmation from Nicholas' manager, Li Shu-Ting and she admitted. SETTV informed in February that they have the intention of filming 《Smile Pasta》Sequel. Basically, they would like Nicholas to take part.

"But, if it is going to start shooting in April, I can't let him accept the job. This is due to Nicholas will be releasing his New Songs+Selections Album. Moreover, we still have to see the other cast's schedule. Actually, things haven't materialise."

She said that after Nicholas is done with his March 29th concert, he will continue busy himself with the new compilation album due to be released on April 18th. Following, he will head to Indonesia for promotion and hold ticketed performance. Then, there is also May concert in Singapore. Thus, we can't produce free slots for SETTV.

Nicholas Teo once revealed last year that he will be accepting a SETTV idol drama and during that time, there are people who guessed it could be Smile Pasta 2. However, it was found to be another idol drama. The character is a playboy but filming has not begun for the lack of a suitable female lead.

As to whether which drama it will be, Shu-Ting expressed it has not been decided. Nonetheless, it is for certain that Nicholas will be filming one idol drama this year.

New Songs+Selections Album first to be released in Malaysia

Nicholas's 《From Now On New Songs+Selections Album》will be out in Taiwan on April 18th. On the other hand, Malaysia will release before his March 29th concert. Apart from having 19 old songs，it will include 3 new songs，one of which will be broadcast on the 21st by My FM radio station titled
